There’s no money for politicians in limited government. It’s all about campaign donations, and the interest groups which support both parties aren’t going to underwrite politicians calling for reduced spending. There’s no ROI (return on investment). Look at what happens to the few idealistic politicians (Herman Cain, Sarah Palin) who dare to propose real reforms—they are smeared by the political establishment and their bottom-dwelling media suck-ups.
