Mylife- would you be willing to share the stuff pepper recipe? Dang those look good.
Basically its just hot italian sausage, browned with onion and garlic, and some chili powder.
Add some spaghetti sauce, mix in the rice and simmer that for a while to allow the rice to get the flavors.
Stuff the peppers,put on bread crumbs and cheese and bake in oven at 350 for an hour.
Baste with reserved sauce every 15 min while baking.
