A Jordanian Muslim preacher has called for Jews to be allowed to pray on the Temple Mount, and even for a special “house of prayer” to be set up for them there.

Despite its status as the holiest site in Judaism, Jews are banned from praying on the Temple Mount (as are other non-Muslims) due to pressure and threats from Muslim groups—not least among them the Waqf Islamic trust, which administers the site under Jordanian auspices as per Jordan's peace treaty with Israel. In a recorded message translated by MEMRI, Salafi cleric Sheikh Yassin Al-Ajlouni says he wishes to address the issue directly, asking: “Do the Israelites have the right to pray in Beit al-Maqdis?” (Ironically, Beit al-Maqdis is the Arabic version of the original Hebrew name given to the site of the holy Temples—Beit Hamikdash.) Of course the Jews should have full access to pray there.

It also should be that muslims should be banned as they are the group that turned the site into a 7th century tourist attraction by building the Dome and mosque in the first place.

The whole thing about Mohammad was added to create a myth to draw in more tourists for the then Caliph’s court to collect fees from, before they got bored and returned to Amman, abandoning Jerusalem to the locals.

Our House of Prayer will descend from On High and squish their bow-down-ery (literal translation of ‘masjid’) flat, spitting out Muslims like watermelon pits, and the golden roof will become the floor of the new Beit Hamikdash, without waiting for leave from any Muslim scholars.
