From what I’ve heard, which isn’t much, I can’t tell what he was wearing. Oddly, it says he was shot while in his vehicle by people firing from another vehicle, but the wounds are in his legs. Not what you’d expect.

a perpetrator could have known by these being on a personal vehicle!!!!
