I don’t click on HuffPo, but I’m assuming this. The New York PD, like any other large urban agency, has a gang unit that documents and compiles this information. NYPD likely has this documentation and the Feds (FBI?) don’t. So, they deny this wasteoid is a BGF member.
I’d guess from other articles that the NYDP has some undercover cops in the Family and don’t want their covers blown. Only thing is, they’ve been “investigation” them forever just like other gangs and NOTHING will ever be done.
