The excessive use of CAPS is considered shouting by many in online forums, and can be a turnoff to the very audience you’re attempting to reach.

I know, but what I had deleted wasn’t deleted and changed, so my apologies.
The Side Bar Monitor changed my title also to be about those assassinated and not the new attempt this morning...why didn’t he/she read the article excerpt?
