I was thinking it would be good policy if only black police officers responded to the black neighbourhoods. They also will have to defend their lives. It would certainly be interesting to see the results, although I don’t know how the logistics would work.
I disagree. I don’t think black cops should put their lives in danger either. I vote they all stand down.
Honestly, I don’t think black officers would like that. Why should they be the ones exposed to the most dangerous assignments? I’m sure ghetto thugs would be just as happy to kill a black cop as a white one. This community policing BS is a cover for the attempt to destroy local policing and replace it with a federal police system.
Americans don’t realize how important it is to have local control of police and especially how important sheriffs are.
Local law enforcement is a bulwark against federal tyranny. They don’t answer to the president; they answer to us.
