People cannot bring own guns to attraction
KISSIMMEE, Fla. A new tourist attraction promises to give people as young as 13 years old the chance to fire fully automatic weapons.
Outside the new attraction, you can hear the unmistakable rat-a-tat-tat of machine guns inside. The automatic weapons are powerful and firing them is intense, but owners are hoping Orlando tourists will want to try the unique experience.
"We see this as attractive to someone who might want to go bungee jumping -- adrenaline rush experience," said Bruce Nierenberg, general manager of Machine Gun America Orlando. "There are a lot of single parents who might be looking for something to do with their kids as a bonding experience, weekend excursion, that type of thing."

Looks ridiculously stupid.
Oh boy! A new attraction in Central Florida to visit. Fun, fun, fun, over the Christmas holiday.
Will this place carry post-sample MGs? Ide like to be able to shoot an Israeli Negev MG.
when i used to have friends out at ranges i belonged to in order have them experience shooting for the first time. in hind sight that’s how the guy the local gun club taught me. they only got one bullet in the firearm. i would not be anywhere near this establishment. i think there is a youtube of a guy that got shot by a little girl in one of these situations.
Okay, every guest gets help, and every guest is safe.
So, what's the problem? The problem is, in the media's eyes, is Americans getting used to the idea that they, the non-Only-Ones, can fire militia weapons, which is the exact wording from US v. Miller 1934, which says we have a right to militia weapons, which includes machine guns.
After firing a machine gun, some of them will want to buy one.
Pretty soon, Americans start wondering why nothing after May 1986 is available for them to buy (say, like, a Glock 18 or an H&K MP7). Pretty soon, idiocy like the Hughes Amendment gets overturned, and the whole 1934 NFA registry comes under attack. Maybe, the NFA gets overturned.
All because of businesses like this. No wonder the media hate them; they are spreading ideas of freedom. Can't have that.
Read the article. They apparently have learned from the case of the girl who shot the instructor with the machine gun. No guest is ever left alone.
I have fired a few full auto weapons.
A found that the only useful ones are squad autos, full sized mounted guns and sub guns.
A good sub gun like a MP-5 is controllable and useful up close.
Squad autos and full size mounted for laying down large amounts of fire.
Hitting ones target is a lot more effective then just throwing rounds down range.
They are fun to shoot and I would not stop any body from having fun.
But for the average shooter a good accurate semi auto is much more effective.
Troops: Awww crap! I got a profile. I'm going on Sick Call, etc.
Platoon SGT: We're going to the M60 / or 50 Cal Range tomorrow...
Troops: HOO-Ahh! Why can't we go today? etc....
Happiness is a Crew Served Weapon
Especially in Guam, in the Capital there is one one literally on every block, and those people make an absolute mint from the Japanese Tourists.

The Japanese love them because they can’t own guns.
50 ft in a lane riddling paper is not my idea of fun.
Windflier and Libertybel also picked up a lease.
We are inundated with Oriental, European and Latin American tourists here in Central Florida from the Gulf Coast to the Orlando attractions to the Atlantic shore. I expect more ranges of this type to pop up and flourish. Looks like a winning investment opportunity to me.

Nice story, and I love seeing the word “clip” properly used, since it so rarely is.
Awesome!
That Range we went to was the best one I have been to. It really has some good dynamics going on :)
Why are they soiling themselves over this?
