Read in the Detroit News this week that some blacks are complaining that whites are taking over the nicer neighborhoods. No joke.
Int he 1980s I worked as a janitor in a company that employed a number of blacks from Newark NJ; one had a calendar on the wall titled “Newark is on the Move”. After passing it for years, I finally looked closely at it and saw the date was something like 1968.
It still isn’t “on the move”, despite decades of massive infusions of government (read: taxpayer) cash.
