One of the joys of mass transit is the opportunity to meet people so stuck on themselves that any interruption of THEIR routine is never their fault. She took up 2 seats and was so totally unaware of her surrounding that she failed to realize that somebody was trying to get her attention. Ergo, she is the victim...twice with the race card. Good manners are lacking in this “victim”.

As a customer to establishments most all the clerks and sales reps are very nice and professional in general. Sometimes though a minority person will cop an attitude and return shabby, ungrateful service.
No way to treat a customer no matter who they are or what they think of them. Its not professional and management should not tolerate it from any of their employees.
