The age-old fight against advancements and change that people tend to fear - the unknown. But it is that very thing, disruptive change in markets and technology that creates wealth. Go with it. Everyone will be better off.

As Mr. Brynjolfsson says, In addition to making some jobs obsolete, new technologies have also long complemented people’s skills and enabled them to be more productive. In the short term, there is disruption and some are temporarily disadvantaged. But in the long run, everyone benefits.

It's the age-old story of the wealth-creating free-market economy. It's not perfect, but it's WAY AHEAD of whatever is in second place.

How much of this angst is driven by the government school system? They’ve decided to treat everyone the same, killing tech programs in the name of progress. It’s no wonder people are freaking out.
