Not really. The whole issue of "rape culture" has been created by feminists tampering with the definition of rape so that women who take a bit of "Dutch courage" before offering their virtue to young men can be classed as "rape victims" along with those who have actually been raped. The article the thread is discussing is a critique of the feminist stance on the matter.

Perhaps I should have continued: depending on the college, the Dean of Students might then subject you to a Kafkaesque trial, in which the identity of the complainant (the slut who threw herself at you while drunk) is kept secret, in which you are considered a rapist simply because of the complaint, and in the end will be expelled from the college, regardless of what defense you mount.

If you doubt me, read this piece, from Slate of all places.

Yet again, I am not disputing the fact t that false allegations of rape happen.

The author of the original post here, blames women being raped on their lack of modesty. That is a bunch of crap. Nobody I know has ever raped a woman.

Rapists are criminals. The notion that the way a woman dresses or talks or her being drunk in any way contributes to her being raped is moronic.

This notion is akin to a liberal justifying a poor person robbing because they are poor.
