Depends, but if I let her, it’s not rape.

Ah, that depends on what attitude your university or college takes. (All these hypothetical are supposed to be at a university or college.) Since she was drunk, at some colleges and universities, even her forcefully expressed consent consisting of both mounting you and loudly demanding that you [insert vulgar word for engaging in sexual intercourse here] her, would not prevent her complaint to the Dean of Students from being taken as a valid accusation of rape, since according to current feminist theory women are not responsible for their actions when drunk and therefore cannot consent to sex.
