I would think that there are a good number of University “hate” regs and Fed/State discrimination laws (since this is a state school) that could be used to lodge ethics complaints against the professor and even sue the school.
Everything from local College Republican/Conservative groups charging her with creating a hostile environment, to finding some Republicsns who believe she discriminated against them due to her bigotry.
You know, the College Republicans could spur a HUGE resurgence on college campuses if they’d reposition themselves as a watchdog group that would investigate and take disciplinary or legal action against this sort of thing.

Nope, those laws only apply to discrimination or “hate motivated” crimes against “protected classes”, and Republicans are not one of those classes.
