This is the one time he did follow the law. Not to say it is good policy, he never does that.

The law requires him to stand up for free speech of Cubans, but our President is a pu$$y.. And he also likes to submit us to enemies because it is his cheesy way of submiting us to him by proxy. This is typical of arrange court ordered relationships like gay marriages/divorce terms.
