Another short visit. :(
I didn't get home until well after 2100, but I did get a crucial piece of Christmas shopping done - Mrs. MacNessa's main gift. Joy will break out at Castle MacNessa on Christmas morning.
We're still behind the power curb - the tree is up, lights are strung, but we're only about halfway there with the decorations. Probably won't get to the outside lights until this weekend.
Tomorrow evening is our last rehearsal for Midnight Mass - I may or may not be on tomorrow evening.

This is the Arabic character "nun" – the first letter of the word "Nazarene." I post it as my avatar in solidarity with people of all faiths suffering persecution at the hands of Islam. Many of them are members of the oldest of our Christian Communities, dating from the days of the Apostles. They endure cruel, merciless and unrelenting persecution. They are Orthodox and Catholic, Protestant and Evangelical, Coptic, Pentecostal, and Baptist. To the persecutors they, and we, are all "Nazarenes." |
