That would include military bases. The branch of service could lease that land cheap, the state would retain control. Sure. Why bother with that pesky Constitution anyway? I guess Obama had the right idea by ignoring it.

I believe the feds have a purpose for the land grab out west. The debt we owe China will be paid in land.
