I find it hilarious that whenever Rand Paul's name gets mentioned, within 5 comments someone says he is for amnesty. But everyone loves Pence who's own amnesty plan was far more liberal then Paul's.

How about the scam he pulled with Common Core? He "got rid of" the evil Common Core and then had the architect of Common Core come in to design the new Indiana standards. Guess what? They are pretty much just like Common Core except with a new name.

He is certainly not the worst candidate the Republicans could field but he is nowhere near the most conservative.

Pence isn’t perfect, but I consider all aspects when choosing whom to support: knowledge, experience, speaking ability, likability, skeletons in closet, integrity, toughness, etc. I would like the most conservative electable candidate to run. Until someone better comes along, for me, it’s Pence.

Hush! You're disturbing the slumbrous reverie of "consensus" - building for a RiNO.

I'm sorry Cal Thomas got had by Pence's inchoate campaign marketing.
