I can’t think of a more vile and vicious smear than to accuse a currently despised scapegoat minority (a fraternity of preppy “white-privileged” males on campus) of not only brutally raping “Jackie,” but worse, of using brutal gang rapes as a traditional fraternity initiation ritual, worthy of cheering alumni bystanders.

It has been at least twenty years ago that I recall campuses initiating indoctrination meetings with freshman males, in which they were informed that each should consider himself a "potential rapist."

This fable from RS fits that particular bit of bigotry quite smoothly.
