Afraid I’m going to have to disagree here. Hitler borrowed the idea of Der Volk from Germany’s past and twisted for his own ends.
The abstraction that is Der Volk goes back to von Herder and Fichte of the late 18th and early 19th centuries.
But if we use your logic, we can justify the absolute desolation of Massachusetts especially since the Kennedy’s were such big Hitler fans.
