Dunno. I happened to download it almost fifteen years ago. Listened to it once or twice. OK, maybe thrice.

When I saw your post, I remembered, googled, listened just enough to verify it was the same catchy tune, and posted.

Looks like the artist is still out there — Popa Chubby, How'd a White Boy Get the Blues? And it is Popa Chubby with one P (see his Wikipedia entry, LOL).
