I agree. They can talk to me at the emergency room.

In fact, vulnerable people shouldn’t allow themselves to be pulled over in vulverable places at vulnerable times.

We need an understanding that a vehicle pulled over can proced to the next exit, and go to the nearest open service station.

That makes it safer for both driver and police. Safe from accusation, safe from abuse, safe from traffic.

I’ve seen folks pulled over in the most insanely tight locations in high traffic. It’s just pure ignorance on the part of the police.

I’ve seen those situations....cars pulled over at the side of busy highways. Here in Virginia, it’s the law that you must move over into the next lane when you see a cop at the side of the road, but that’s not always possible in heavy traffic.
