I guess you cannot read what the thread is about. But one of the staff saw Sandusky in the showers with a young kid...this staffer went to the head guy (Paterno) I think and nothing was done about it...they had an eye witness. I haven’t ever had any desire to read about sports, good bad or boring..You bringing it up is what some do to high jack a thread that they are losing. Decided to read about Sandusky, so I gleaned some (info the internet)...its too boring to do more than a brief glance....so if you want to continue posting to me, be aware its so boring, I will not answer..I have something better to do than read your opinion...rearrange my closet...Have a great evening..
I can understand your waving the white flag. Sure, there were witnesses for one of the victims, but the majority were like the women—no witnesses and no physical evidence.
Also, the Sandusky case was far more than a boring sports story. This scandal brought down the president of the university, coach legend Joe Paterno, the football program, the reputation of this prestigious university, and possibly played a part in Gov. Corbett (R) losing his bid for re-election.
As far as highjacking a thread, bringing up the Sandusky case doesn’t take you away from the Cosby case-—it forces you to see how similar the two are.
I’ll say goodbye to you on this thread. I’ve enjoyed the back-and-forth. But I have a feeling we’ll meet again, as I’m sure there will be more women coming forward.
