I’m of Southern ancestry . To whom can we present the bill for loss of crops & stores , fencing , livestock ,and property in the form of extensive housing damage ,along with murder , rape , and social mayhem liabilities ? Whom my we sue for invasion and the resulting illegal occupation , subjugation , and forced non-elected governance for a period exceeding 10 years ?

There is a solution for Reparations.
Simply give them a one way ticket back to Africa, and a horse and 1 acre when they get there...they can pick their African country of choice...but the land will be rural, as it was during their ancestor’s slavery in the south...agricultural.
And tell them goodbye, the claim is closed...for they will have more than their ancestor when they came to America. And mention that any welfare would be paid by their new country.
