Republicans WANTED to allow illegal alien invaders to cross the border, but the ones in pro-American districts knew they'd get a challenge in the next primary (because Conservative Republicans are the most intelligent voters with the longest memories), and they were allowed to vote against it.

The Vichy Republicans (who are probably homosexual anyway, and desperately want to get to the next cloak bathroom for their next encounter), VOTED for it, while Obama Democrats wanted to file their "Friend-Of-The-Plaintiff" briefs for atheist groups protesting Christmas.
