Cruz is a man of succinct words and situational awareness.
I am not throwing him under the bus anytime in the foreseeable future.
Walker 2016....our only hope.
The FR crew here largely shot from the hip without bothering to listen to Cruz's remarks. This thread was a waste of bandwidth and, largely, a betrayal of the greatest defender of conservatism in America.
By the way, Cruz's remarks were an entirely extemporaneous response to a question after a speech on another topic, i.e. no teleprompter.
It was effective per Vice President Dick Cheney who stated that “it worked” and I agree with this brave Patriot who loves America.
I very much admire and approve of Dick Cheney, but don’t agree with him on this particular issue
I can only imagine how great America would be today if health issues didn’t deter Dick Cheney from running in 2008. He would have won by a landslide. Just think, today, we’d still have two more years of President Cheney and a prosperous, mighty America respected by our friends and feared by our enemies.
Too bad he was for gays in the military and gay marriage and thought the GOP pro-life platform went too far.

Yeah, it is SO WRONG!!!! There are a few of pajama wearin’ pansies on this thread also. In the future when some scum bag has ‘em trussed up like a pig and is slowly sawin’ THEIR head off with a dull rusty blade the last scream running thru their thoughts will be how can this be happening to me? It is happening exactly because of people like them.
I have a question for Cruz and McCain et al.
If the muslims have your daughter and are going to decapitate her in three days and gang rape her right before they kill her, and the Navy Seals guarantee they can rescue her if they know her location and we have a muslim in custody who knows the exact location, would you be in favor of torturing the guy to get the info?
