The spending for the “amnesty”only goes until February when everything has to be revisited. Given that Christmas break is coming and the New congress convenes in January...not much time for the money to be spent or any thing to be done.

Actually, the Fed.gov will work night and day to coin as many new Social Security numbers and Federal ID’s as they can before funds run out in February. They may have them ALL processed as irrevocable citizens by then!
