It is a dirty, dirty world out there and the unfortunate part is a subset of our society have to roll around in the gutter and get dirty defending us so people like you can tell the United States it needs to "behave". You think "we" are bad? You should read up on how the Russians treat terrorists. Go tell them to behave.
The Russians are beyond help. I say this as the granddaughter of a Russian who hated the communists and got out as a very young adult.
