Remember folks. It is required that the bill be read on the floor before a bill can be voted on. If they don't do this (they seldom do), it is because they had unanimous consent not to do so. That means that every single republican congresscritter is voting for this monstrosity to be passed before it can even be read. All it takes is one to put a stop to this.
