All of these things, and many more, are considered drug-use related items. In most jurisdictions such possession is a felony.
I have never a cop who would turn such a bust for any reason.
It makes them look good.

Wow. I’ve got paper clips, rubber tubing and glass bowls with stems. All for perfectly good reasons. Wasn’t even aware they’re drug-related. Well, except for the paper clips, which I’ve seen used at concerts.
Can they really arrest someone for possessing a legal item that he has a legitimate use for? Sound odd to me.

It looks like a long video but the first 20 min are the important ones where the criminal defense attorney explains why you should never talk to cops ever (even if you're innocent). The second half is a cop explaining some cop techniques but agreeing with the attorney.
