I don't believe anyone interested in taking us out would use nukes in the traditional sense. I'd be more inclined to buy a scenario line the book One Second After, where an EMP is used. Starvation, disease, and violence will take care of large population centers. Isolation, lack of communication, and division would make invasion of other areas possible.

Would not be a time of gladness but even with the lights out am certain the world could not take Israel and America, as long as we (Israel and America) stand together.
