What you are saying, and I agree, is that the head lock was not the cause of his death but he died from a combination of being put face down on the ground (the proper method to subdue a resisting suspect) and his own physical make up and a slow response by the EMT’s.
What really caused his death though was the cigarettes.
Well, actually the REAL cause of his death was the excessive stupid taxes on the cigarettes....
