President Barack Obama got unusually personal during an interview about race relations that aired Monday night on BET.
The president spoke about his experiences as a young black man and opened up about concerns he has about the way his daughters, Sasha and Malia, and future grandsons could be treated in society because of their skin color.
'I want my children to be seen as the individuals that they are, and I want them to be judged based on the content of their character and their behavior and their talents and their gifts,' he told BET's Jeff Johnson.
'I don't want them to be objects of fear simply because of misguided attitudes.'
Obama said that part of what makes the racial tension exploding in America 'so heart breaking and frustrating for a lot of folks' is 'the recognition that simply by virtue of color, you've got less margin for error.'
That's particularly true for black boys,' Obama said....

Hell, I was watching two neighbors kids three hours daily when I was 14 years old..the obama girls are now 13 and 16 they should not have a ‘baby sitter’ and let Michelle and her brother contribute to their Mother's up keep and care.. not tax payers. Doesn't she spend a lot of time in Chicago? Do we pay for her travel costs?

The reason this kind of thing goes on is because among a lot of the upper class, it’s fashionable to be helpless and useless and be coddled/protected from birth to death. Maturity in any form is seen as lower class. Instead of encouraging singular individualism, they encourage a pack codependency mentality. It’s an escape from personal responsibility and self-determination.

And, white parents paying attention to the lies and the protests resulting from the leftist politicians trying to divide us by race are concerned for their white children. The irrational hatred, I would say, is going that way..I feel for the children whose best friends are black and they have never cared about that. Now, will those close friendships be damaged through the pressure brought for the black child to look at their little white friend with different eyes? The politicians doing this are straight from hell, if you ask me.
Racism has been good for him. He has made a wonderful career out of it.
