Near as I can this is just a “House Resolution” and not passage of a new law.
Recall S.R. 511 declaring John Sydney McCain to be a true and “Natural Born Citizen”, of two American Parents and such is eligible to become president.
It carried and has Zero, Nada, No force of law.
Vendome, I’d love to believe you. But I can just see it being used as some sense of the Congress providing the president cover in some court. And Chief Injustice Roberts fully agreeing.
I don’t put anything past any of these people. I don’t trust them as far as I can throw the Capitol.
