I trust the video, it wasn’t a choke hold, it was plain strangulation — had nothing to do with holding. The man wasn’t going anywhere. He was just being passive aggressive, like a protester at a big protest sit in.
I didn’t think that people could talk while being strangled...live and learn, I guess. (but I will seek a second opinion)

So, as a result of plain strangulation, the man’s hyoid bone was broken, right? I mean as is a very common result in deaths by strangulation?
