I’ll do ya one better. The video shows him to be so agitated that in his condition he may have dropped dead on his own. The tactics chosen by the officer added a ton of fuel to that fire though.

My understanding as well. However we do not know what evidence was allowed in. Speculation is the prosecutor did not want a true bill, so evidence to support manslaughter may have not been admitted.
