Except that it was not unlawful and there is no evidence that any specific action taken by police actually caused the man to die.

The grand jury considering manslaughter charges as I understand.

I’ll do ya one better. The video shows him to be so agitated that in his condition he may have dropped dead on his own. The tactics chosen by the officer added a ton of fuel to that fire though.

My understanding as well. However we do not know what evidence was allowed in. Speculation is the prosecutor did not want a true bill, so evidence to support manslaughter may have not been admitted.
