MILWAUKEE (AP/WITI) — An afternoon protest takes a criminal turn as it veers onto the interstate that lead to more than a dozen arrests.
The Sheriff’s Office says the group was stopping traffic and wouldn’t leave the freeway. 14 people were arrested and booked into the Milwaukee County Jail. 3 of those people are from Ferguson, Missouri.
A statement from Sheriff David Clarke says:
“I have made it very clear that arrests will be made when violations of the law occur, regardless of the protesters’ motivations. Law and order will be maintained.”
The group Occupy Milwaukee was behind Saturday’s protest. They have another event planned for Sunday, December 7th.

Unless of course you get the ‘misfortune’ of landing in a town with Sheriff Joe A., this gentleman here in WI, some of the ‘good old boys’ from the South who have just been itching to get some ‘BOYZ’ in their sites....

It will really get interesting when the ‘roof top guards’ start making it a ‘sport’, hide out and ‘sneak’ up on the roof to BAIT the idiots who had ‘scouted’ the area out and saw no guards...
Kind of reminiscent of the old “Gee, I love the smell of napalm in the morning”.

What kind of ‘brain trust’ do we have when they leave the comparative ‘tropical climes’ of St Louis County MO and go the the tundra of Wisconsin...in mid Dec?...July maybe but DEC, no way.
Bet your arse if any of those fools had a real job you couldn’t pay them enough to move to Milwaukee in the Winter.
Due to Milwaukee’s previous notoriety, I assumed he/she/it was, which is why I indicated uncertainty whether they would be charged at all.
