When cops are resisted, bad things can and do happen sometimes.
How would cops know this man hadn’t just committed a murder down the street? Or, that he had a reason not to be arrested.

Peter King is a dolt willing to go after the low hanging fruit but just remember where he stood when Ted Cruz was standing up for the country against Obamacare. King called Cruz a fraud and said he was bad for the party.
fwiw, it wouldn’t surprise me if Holder and Obama somehow manipulated this grand jury decision to keep their race narrative alive.

So in other words keep yourself in shape so the police brutality doesn’t kill you.
There are so many laws on the books that all of us break many each year and it’s at the whim of cops and prosecutors which of us get busted and when.
Fair chance it’ll be you or your family one day. Maybe you’ll get a cop who keeps shouting “stop resisting!!!” when you aren’t resisting at all as they choke you out and you die from a heart attack. They say you didn’t die from asphixiation, but lack of oxygen can cause heart attacks.
When you die they tell your family it’s a real shame you were fat, or a smoker, or had complicating health problems.
At least they stopped the terrible crime of loose cigarettes, or improperly transferred firearms, or transporting a listed plant or degrading a wetland or...

He’s absolutely right that when, in fact, you can’t breathe, you can’t SAY you can’t breathe! Been there too often.

Yep and see post #9, pretty well spells it out. I don’t like cops but I know when they say stop to do so. I do miss the days gone bye when the cops understood that they were there to keep the rabble like this heap of blubber from bothering the people who paid the cops their salary.
So now he’s a murderer? Maybe they should just shoot everyone on that basis.
Unfortunately it has been like this for awhile. Most FREEPERS here are Atheists....clearly.
