Exactly; all the responsible people are busy working like fiends to stay out of the streets, much less marry and have kids and enjoy family life.
Not true. I never took a government dime, unless I was military, and not only raised a family, 7 other humans share my genome downstream (so to speak).
They also all work hard, too.
