.. and I have read that our Navy has 200+ years as a naval power especially since the 20th Century. Our Navy has the know how vis-a-vis all that sophisticated tactics, technology, and stuff.

But it is true that the aging 1960s Marxist-Alinsky campus radical, psycho spoiled brats and their ideological litters occupying the buildings in D.C. are doing their best to "bring it all down, man" and destroy the U.S. Navy.
