Unfortunately the protesters out now are accomplishing nothing more than than flaunting their ignorance of pretty much everything because they aren't interested in facts nor understanding of how things work......rather it's become nothing more than display of unrestrained emotions and twisted thinking for the low class black individual.

.....”Who cares anymore. The overreaction is getting really old really quick to many Americans”.....

Fewer and fewer do ....and the more the black community fail to address their ‘culture criminal element’ and over all mindset regarding what law is, and that they are not exempt as they want to be, the more people are convinced they can’t be taken seriously.

Doesn’t matter if it’s broken or not...the guy was taunting the officer, resisting arrest and ‘knowingly’ breaking the law.... It’s not like the guy hadn’t already been down this road many times.

I can’t tell if that was sarcasm.

Yes, he was faking. He could breathe. That is indisputable.

...”they used at least 2 maneuvers that were explicitly banned by the department’s use of force policy, for starters. Maneuvers that were specifically banned because they were too deemed to lethal to use to restrain people.”....

Frankly I could care less if they’re banned or not....when you mess with the police by taunting and resisting arrest you’re leaving yourself wide open for what happens thereafter and responsibility for.

The guy needed to have a “real” job. End of story.

Yes, he was faking. He could breathe.

Ya, the entire thing was phony, he was just play acting and the only reason he's dead is because he was out of shape and probably a steady diet of McWhoppers.

I suggest all those with health issues to get into shape and comply with any and all commands.

The message is clear, do as those in the government tell ya, be a good citizen and you’ll be A-OK.

End of story...

My sympathies go out to the Garner family. Mr. Garner should not have died. It bothers me that the officers showed a total disregard for Mr. Garner once he was on the ground. One woulda thunk that one of the mensa candidates that took Mr. Garner down could have possibly understood that Mr. Garner’s girth might possibly be an issue with him on the ground the way he was. DeBlasio should fire each and every one of the numbnuts who participated in that arrest...

People are lumping this with the Michael Brown case in Ferguson, but they are different. Brown’s death was a tragedy, but his own actions caused it. Here, the officer was openly violating his own department’s procedure against a suspect who wasn’t violent or accused of anything serious. At the least, he should have been indicted on unintentional manslaughter.

Well I have worked and been trained and would say that I am an expert in the issues of restraint and seclusion. No air or limited air both are deadly.

Mr. Garner was not a threat to the officers...At no time during the video does he threaten or indicate that he will attempt to harm one of the officers...with his size and physical stature, he was not a flight risk...He could not have run 10 yards if you had paid him to...

So when someone say’s “No you’re not arresting me today” cops should go home?

Not at all, but when you have a 400 - 500 pound person laying on their chest and they rasp, ‘I can’t breathe’, they should probably listen...Fire them all...

Criminals claim you are killing them during every arrest. Especially professional ones on their 31st go round.

Because criminals who resist arrest ALWAYS tell the truth.

He could breathe.

He should have been in prison...He was a cigarette pusher, and he wasn’t paying the cig tax.

This likely resulted in dozens of dollars in lost government revenue.

Since it has been called a homicide, who did kill him, if not the cop?

Homicide doesn't necessarily mean murder in the criminal sense.

Criminals claim you are killing them during every arrest.

They always claim abuse. Even the dead one's were lying... Obey and comply. Fall in line...It's easy.

Absolutely no one here is saying they agree with the tax.

We are saying he is an unhealthy scumbag who was resisting arrest.

He was not choked nor did he die of asphyxiation.

His death was an accident. No crimes were committed by the police.

Yup.
Not every homicide is a crime.
