Not true. He was just standing there telling the officer that he wasn’t going to be arrested for the 31st time. That IS different.
He said ll times that he couldn’t breathe. Maybe he wasn’t quite suffocating but a knee was shoving him into the pavement and a major artery’s blood flow was cut off. They killed him. (Michael Brown: justified.) This one was an ambush, judge jury and executioner.
