Acutally, this case is 100% proof that a video of an incident is not the be all, end all.

I doubt this guy would have put up any resistance to arrest had he not have been arrested 31 times for other offenses. I don’t know if they were misdemeanors or felonies, but he was no saint.

I believe many around here are willing to indict this cop as a trade off in their mind to ease the tensions that have been created over Ferguson. I admit to thinking the same myself until I started thinking that perhaps I can’t tell the whole story from a video.

The Grand jury came to this conclusion. Until I see that they were way off base, I won’t deride them for doing their job.

At the worst, there was more than one guy subduing this fella. How do we know who did any damage if any, caused by cops? I see the same already judged and hanged behavior right here on FR that I saw on MSNBC.

As far as I know, no FReeper was on the Grand Jury, but it seems this time, we are, without any real knowledge about what we are talking about, are willing to decide we know better than those presented with evidence. Evidence that was not weighted by any defense evidence as in Ferguson.

If there were to be any charges, and there still could be, this case wouldn’t pass muster for anything other than negligent homicide.

Another consideration is that maybe our overlords wanted a no true bill here too. Just a thought!

Unfortunately, this death is yet another democrat vote and TV ratings gold mine. Just because the MSM reports, it doesn't mean what they're reporting is the whole story. MSNBC still refuses to report the Ferguson facts.

The jury made their decision for a good reason. Unless everything comes out in the open and the evidence says otherwise, I have to - in clean conscience - side with the officers and trust the people of the jury.

Too many people here are watching a short clip of a video and are already demanding the crucifixion of a police officer. Why aren't they just as interested in what the jury saw and heard as well? Why all the knee jerking? Have they been trained to believe this whole "cops kill more blacks" crap by the liberal media? Is their propaganda really that powerful?
