The U. N. is seldom responsible about much of anything.

Sure they are, they're responsible for some things. U.N. representatives are responsible for raping young girls in Africa.

Now just a cotton pickin’ minit here. Let’s be fair. The UN is responsible for raping young girls and boys in both the Middle East AND Africa, as well as many beheadings, at least partially for Iran’s unstoppable rush towards nuclear weapons, and the rise of DAESH. About the only thing that they are responsible that was worthwhile, recognition of the State of Israel, is the only thing about which they are profoundly ashamed. That, of course, is understandable. They have so very little shame, that they must use it sparingly.
