I don’t care how long it’s for. Can’t we go back to passing actual budgets again? This omnibus/cr BS is just runaway spending.

No doubt, but the GOPe wants to pass the Omnibus bill because it has a bunch of pork and other goodies for special interests. Both parties want it.
