Chris Rock explained in a lengthy interview Sunday that he believes part of healing racial relations in America is by white people “owning” the actions of their ancestors.
The black comedian told New York magazine’s Frank Rich that racial progress in America is “nonsense” and that the only thing that’s changed is white people aren’t as crazy as they used to be.

On my mother's side, my great-great-grandfather from Iowa died of dysentery in Yazoo City, Mississippi, fighting for the Union, in the war that set the slaves free. So, rich black guy Chris Rock, will you send me some reparations for that?
On my father's side, my ancestors were still over in Sweden until the early 1900s, so that does not apply.
If you own the actions of yours, Chris.
You know, the cannibalism, the torture, the selling them off to Arab slave traders...
It’s sort of a dumb argument.
I do NOT own the actions of my ancestors. I have no culpability for them, part in them, responsibility because of them, or anticipation due to them. (Unless we’re talking inheritance issues of houses, funds, etc.)
ALL of us were fairly male-dominant until recently. Should I pay reparations to my mom???
The democrat welfare state is injuring the black family infinitely more than some supposed misdeed of a german immigrant to Indiana in the early 1800s.
Feel free to punish my ancestors that owned slaves in the 1800’s. I’m pretty sure they are all dead.

Who the hell is he trying to kid, there will never be healing, hense, no peace, with Africans. They don't want it. The hold out the answer to their issues like a carrot on an f'ng stick; "Just gibs me dis here and everything be everything." Rock is an 0bama operative. These are the objectives:
1. Stupid metrosexual whites will agree and comply.
2. Other whites will be outraged and be sucked into a race war.
3. Create a war between the police and the public.
0bama wants a race war so that he has the justification to militarize and federalize the police. 0bama wants a domestic force stronger than the military, remember. Never let a crisis go to waste. It’s as obvious as the nose on his face.
Blacks shouldn’t hate whites and vice versa. Instead, we should all unite to thwart the evil efforts of this rogue federal government.

How about we start by making a list of your ancestors.
And my ancestors left Ireland 130 years ago to avoid Queen Vicky’s draft for the Boer War.
And that covers all hues of skin coloring, nationalities, or whatever divisions one wants to make.
The only cure is to be born again, and to be descended from the last Adam (Christ).
It is pointless to dwell on the past and to engage in a perpetual pity party. People have been doing bad stuff to each other since the Fall (see Cain vs. Abel), and will continue to do so until He comes again.
Chris, Are you saying that all blacks should own all the violent crimes of other blacks. Are all blacks responsible for the acts of violent black thugs?

I’ve read that over a period of 400 years, 12 million Africans were shipped across the Atlantic and used as slaves. Makes you wonder...how could 12 million people be rounded up and loaded on ship?
Didn’t they resist? Maybe the Africans weren’t forced into slavery. Maybe the Europeans simply tricked the Africans into going to North and South America. They were probably promised free housing and free food. Problem was, the Europeans didn’t mention that they had to work in return for all this “free” stuff.

One died defending the Alamo. Another helped bury the burned remains there.
The other side of family came from Italy less than a century ago. Two of them fought the Nazis. One liberated a Nazi death camp.
