Why isn’t this guy under arrest?

He’s inciting a riot. He’s advocating the violent overthrow of the government. Aren’t these activities against the law; isn’t it a fact that freedom of speech does not permit you to advocate this type of violence??

My exact thinking. What does one have to do to get arrested for stuff like this?

he and all the other inciters need to be sued by powerful groups of class action filing lawyers , representing all those that have become victims of this incitement to disorder and riot .

Surely there are some patriot lawyers that will do this pro bono ?
