President Barack Obama's executive order to spare some immigrants from deportation has galvanized Democrats, immigration groups and health care advocates in California to push for expanding health coverage.
Advocates say the president's executive order enables hundreds of thousands of low-income immigrants in California to apply for Medi-Cal, California's version of Medicaid.

They are free to do whatever they like - as long as they don’t get the rest of the US to pay for it.
All they gotta do is tax the rich to pay for it.

Sorry but the rest of the US kicked in a whole bunch of money into the Medi-Cal program last year.
In fiscal year 2012–13, Medi-Cal is projected to draw more than $37 billion in federal funds into the state’s health care system and will account for nearly 23% of general fund spending.

Never know what to write about California. I know there are people who hate this. I’ve lived here most my life and must admit when I read this crapola it is almost like having an” out of California” experience in that I just cannot believe people in this state are so stupid.

They did it through public sector unions gaining unbelievable power and then adopting welfare and free benefits that lure illegal aliens to the state and then finally implementing policies that destroyed middle class jobs, driving whites out of the state.
Why are the people of California so hellbent on destroying the state?
The people of California passed Prop 187 denying taxpayer funded benefits to illegal aliens but the federal courts overturned it.
Then came a Repub congress and senate and president. And they allowed states to enforce illegal alien laws. And the federal government with the various states took away the “magnets” of welfare and benefits to illegals and drove the illegals back to their countries.
And then I woke up.
The plaintiff would need standing—that is, to show harm. So, you’d have to be in the situation you describe to try. You’d need a conservative lawyer—not necessarily free—who you couldn’t afford to pay, while you were sick, and out of funds.
On the other hand, with the liberal legal aid societies around, it’s easy for the takers to get suits, and they often find liberal judges as well as a government DA who will roll over for them and fight the case.
As to the suit itself... I dunno, I’m not a lawyer.
Just what we need, MORE pregnant Mexicans on every corner.
