As I understand it, one of the one of the things that Holder wants is more diverse police force based on the percentage of the black population of any given state or city.
So, based on that, the police force in Ferguson the number of black officers would have to, at least, more than double.
My question is, what about Utah that has a predominate white population? Would the same law apply there and have a much greater white police force?
I suspect it wouldn’t be tolerated because Holder/Obama and their media would be screaming racial bias until they hired more black officers.

The plan of the owebama Housing and Urban Development cabal is to build section 8 housing in all of the white areas of the USA - especially the intermountain west - and import thugs to live in them so that we can all experience the joys of diversity. THEN we’ll need more minority cops.
