* Many CEOs are angry with the Obama administration thanks to three new cases challenging parts of his 'wellness program'
* In order to participate in the 'wellness program' and receive a low health care rate under Obamacare, employees must take a physical
* Now it is being argued in three cases that forcing someone to take a physical for work violates the Americans with Disabilities Act
* The CEOs now have a number of ways they can undermine Obama because of this development
Leading U.S. CEOs, angered by the Obama administration's challenge to certain 'workplace wellness' programs, are threatening to side with anti-Obamacare forces unless the government backs off, according to people familiar with the matter.
Major U.S. corporations have broadly supported President Barack Obama's healthcare reform despite concerns over several of its elements, largely because it included provisions encouraging the wellness programs.
The programs aim to control healthcare costs by reducing smoking, obesity, hypertension and other risk factors that can lead to expensive illnesses.
A bipartisan provision in the 2010 healthcare reform law allows employers to reward workers who participate and penalize those who don't....

The only people who won’t end up with an 0bamacare exemption will be the taxpayers. Just like it was planned all along. /s...?
“They should never have supported it in the first place”
Ask the relatives of the CEO’s of pre-war Krupp Steel, AG Bayer, Damilier-Benz, BMW, and IG Farben how “good government relations” turned out for them.
There is no shortage of “useful idiots” from the left or the right.
“But... but.. its the LAW!”
So?
If you like your wellness program you can keep your wellness program.
“Did they let the interns and congressional pages write this law?”
The Obama administration largely consists of mulch-generational East Coast “intelligentsia” from Ivy League schools. The constant inbreeding over the decades has resulted in many of the same problems as you might see in Appalachia, except, for now, with more money and connections.
Not our dog. The record would show I’m even more sedentary than I really am.
Whatever you go in for, just make sure you complain about chest pain. That should buy you at least a 24 hour observation reprieve. After you finish your second night you can claim a miraculous recovery.
With the publicity then they will probably get their way and then go back to full support mode.
I agree, but what are the examples from the “right”
And why do we never hear this type of news reportedly by our own MSM? (rhetorical question). We always find about from the U. K.
I was reading that some companies put pedometers on their employees, which tracks their activity level. I found out you can cheat these pedometers by attaching them to your dogs collar.
One of many ways to fight back.
But wait until they find out your stride is only between 6 - 9 inches..or double if you have a big dog...: )
Hey CEOs: Wake up. You are in the crosshairs of Obamugabe too.
Think you will be exempt from tyranny? Learn some history. After the totalitarians crush the freedom of the common man, they turn on the elites.
You’d be better off thinking about the Constitution and not cronyism.
“I agree, but what are the examples from the right”
Oh, the ones who bought into “this saving them money”. Actually, it does, whether or not it’s true - because every reduction in benefits for this year and the next ten can be blamed on Obamacare.
These are the same chamber of commerce types who are all for immigration.
Lower wages? Check.
More customers? Check.
More crime? Not in their neighborhood.
I would like to know who these CEOs that supported Zer0care are. They sold their employees to the devil. I bet their employees would like to know what was done to them, but the CEOs will try their hardest to hide it.
Yeah, just wait until all the 20 something, part-time employees get their first tax penalty, or attempt to avoid it by lying and saying they have health care.
The GOP owns it, too.
The show votes for the rubes back home are just that, show votes.

I’d say good for them except for the fact they supported him in the first place.
